We don’t publish list prices, because no two projects are alike. But once quoted, the price is fixed. Three factors matter most:

  The number of screens, roles and workflows the system must support. A focused first release is almost always cheaper and better than building everything at once.

  How many external systems we need to talk to (ERP, CRM, accounting, payments) and how well documented their APIs are.

  Business rules, calculations and requirements for security and performance. The more logic that has to be 100% correct, the more testing and care it takes.

• What does custom software cost?

  The price depends on scope, integrations and complexity, which is why we give you a fixed written quote within 48 hours of a scoping meeting instead of a list price. A focused internal tool costs considerably less than a customer portal with payments and multiple integrations. Because we are two co-founders without agency overhead, you do not pay for project managers and middle layers. The quote is fixed: the price does not change along the way unless you change the scope.

• Custom or off-the-shelf, when does custom pay off?

  Choose the off-the-shelf system when your needs are common and you can live with its workflows, that is the fastest and cheapest option. Custom software pays off when the standard solution requires expensive customisation, when staff build manual workarounds in spreadsheets, or when licences cover features you never use. A good rule of thumb: if the system supports a process that is a competitive advantage for you, you should own it. If the process is standard, rent it.

• How fast can you deliver?

  Yes, in Odense or Copenhagen, by arrangement. TwinCurrent is based in Odense C, and we are happy to hold scoping meetings and demos on-site in either city. Otherwise we work online, and weekly demos happen over video anyway, so you can follow the project closely regardless of postcode. Contract and data processing agreement are available in Danish.
